Rebecca was born in Chicago, grew up in Buffalo, NY, and graduated from Arizona State University. Rebecca is fluent in Spanish, thanks to her mother who is “Tica” (Costa Rican); she also studied Spanish in Costa Rica before college and is a Dual Citizen of Costa Rica and the USA. Rebecca is a Licensed realtor, President for CRGAR (Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), and International Investor. After selling millions of dollars in real estate and becoming a successful real estate investor in Tampa, Florida, she relocated to Costa Rica in 2006 to continue practicing her love for real estate sales and investing and to be closer to her family. She worked as a successful agent with Remax in Costa Rica before starting her own Real Estate, Property Management, and Tour & Travel agency. Becky and her family live in Playa Flamingo in Guanacaste. Becky has been the featured Realtor on several episodes of HGTV USA’s “House Hunters International”, “Beachfront Bargain Hunt”, “Beach Around the World” and 3 episodes of HGTV Canada’s “Live Here, Buy This show. Becky has her own YouTube show called “Dream Catchers Costa Rica” where she interviews ex-pats who sold everything to move to Costa Rica and start their own business, against all odds!
